Please DO NOT BUY watches from them, the watch was delayed because, they never completed the watch worksheet on time. When I contacted them they blamed FedEx, when I asked if they can do anything to rectify the situation, all they said was “we will monitor the situation”. I called FedEx again the next day, they told me the worksheet was just received but, because it’s a weekend and they don’t know how long customs was going to take so there isn’t a delivery window yet. After much back and forth I asked that they cancel the order and refund me but, I was told to wait until Monday because, a colleague was out. Then on Monday morning I received a text telling me the return was processed but I have to pay import duties. Mind you I never received the item but I’m being told I won’t get a full refund. I contacted FedEx and they told me that isn’t true “ how can you pay import duties on a shipment that wasn’t received?” They also told me that Loresum watches never filled the return request in the first place. When I contacted Loresum all they did was either blame FedEx as usual or ask me to provide an email from FedEx stating I don’t have to pay import duties. Man I was so excited about this brand, watched so many YouTube videos about their watches but, this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. Never once did they take ownership or accountability, all they did was blame FedEx and milk the clock to get me to pay import duties on an item I asked them to cancel and refund me back. What a horrible experience 🤦🏾♂️ whoever buys or tries to buy a watch from them good luck to you and expect excuses, delays, and no accountability. I wish I could give negative stars but it won’t let me.
