Return and Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day return period, allowing you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

Statutory Right to Cancel (UK & EU Customers)
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or European Union, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your item, for any reason.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us by email at:
within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.
Refunds under the statutory cancellation right
If you cancel within this period:
- We will refund the full price of the product.
- We will also refund the original standard shipping cost (if applicable).
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or proof of return).
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
2. Condition of Returned Items
Returned watches must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition
- With all protective films, tags, accessories, and packaging intact
You may inspect the watch as you would in a physical store. However, if the item shows signs of wear, damage, sizing, or use, we reserve the right to:
- Reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value; or
- Refuse the return where appropriate.
3. Customised or Personalised Items
The statutory right to cancel does not apply to:
- Custom or personalised products (for example, engraved watches or special bespoke orders).
These items are non-returnable unless faulty.
4. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your watch arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
In these cases:
- We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
- Return shipping will be covered by us.
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
5. 🌍International Customers (Outside UK & EU)
For customers outside the UK and EU, we offer a voluntary 14-day return window from delivery, subject to the same condition requirements above.
Return shipping costs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable for international orders.
For international returns, refunds will be issued minus a 5% processing fee (to cover PayPal/Shopify transaction charges) and a 10% restocking fee.
Any customs charges incurred on returned parcels may also be deducted from your refund.
These fees apply only to international customers outside the UK and EU and do not affect statutory rights for UK or EU consumers.
6. Return Process

We will provide return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
7. Duties, Taxes & Customs
Original import duties and taxes are non-refundable. Any customs charges incurred on returned parcels may be deducted from your refund.
8. Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
