Return and Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day return period, allowing you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to verify it is unworn, undamaged, and aligns with your stated reason for return. If approved, we will restock the item and issue a refund, minus an 8% processing fee (for PayPal/Shopify charges) and a 10% restocking fee.
To begin the return process, please contact us at info@loresum.watch. If your return is approved, you will need to send the item to us via a registered courier or postal service. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
