"Eisenkiesel is German for iron quartz, and that’s exactly the stone Loresum has sliced for the dial here, an iron-rich quartz whose rust-coloured veining means no two dials come out quite the same. It’s a genuinely uncommon material, paired with a rose-gold-plated 316L case and diamond-cut indices. There’s a proper moonphase too, a modified Sellita SW200-1 driving a 29.5-day true moon disc on the dial, the moon itself rendered in mother-of-pearl, with a moon-shaped cut-out in the exhibition caseback behind it."
